The 130 m2 apartment with a terrace and a view of the lake is literally an oasis of peace. Modern cozy apartment with fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and four large bedrooms for a comfortable holiday with a party of friends or a larger family. In it, the owners have created a quiet place for guests who want to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Chalet is build in huge garden, so leave your computer at home and enjoy the healing power of nature. You will definitely love with large windows around the house, from which there is a wonderful view of the lake in front of you.

House contains two apartments, half of the house is currently rented as an apartment, the other half is occupied by the owners of the house.

The chalet is rented as an entire object and its central point is a large dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a big dining table where no one will crowd and a living room with a large comfortable couch. From here you can go out directly to the terrace through the large French window and enjoy a cup of coffee prepared from the Nespresso coffee machine. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, one with a one with a king size bed, another with an option to separate beds, and another last one set as kids room with 3 beds. On the same floor there is a bathroom with a large bathtub.

 

In total, the apartment offers beds for up to 9 people, 2 bathrooms and a large living room with kitchen and dining room.

 

In addition to underfloor heating, the apartment has quality hotel mattresses, premium cosmetics and can be found in the gardenlarge hot tub for 6 people.
